Trinity Family Medicine is a Fort Worth–based telehealth practice serving patients across all 254 Texas counties with affordable, transparent, cash-pay primary care, mental health, and weight-loss services.
Founded by board-certified family physicians Dr. Casey Dean, DO and Dr. Kathryn Kline, MD, the practice was built on a 'No-Rush' model: every visit is 15–20 minutes with the same physician each time, so patients build a real ongoing relationship with their doctor instead of seeing a different provider at every visit.
We accept no insurance. Visits are flat cash-pay: $49.99 for a single medical condition, $74.99 for primary care or psychiatric consultations, and $119.99 for new-patient comprehensive visits. Under the 2026 One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), patients can now use HSA and FSA dollars tax-free for direct primary care services like ours.
Trinity is a LegitScript Certified Healthcare Merchant (#49904195), HIPAA-compliant, and operates Monday–Saturday 7am–7pm CST. Both physicians are licensed by the Texas Medical Board and certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
